Management of a project encompassing multiple beneficiaries in different countries and native languages is a complex task. It is vital that the project is managed efficiently and effectively so all outputs are met within the scheduled due date and budget.

In order to meet the objectives, project management needs to implement tools for the consortium partners to communicate efficiently, to provide clear and simple timelines and guidance on project reporting (internal and external), organize face-to-face meetings for the project partners to exchange ideas and work together on the set goals and keep the costs within the set budget.
